Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting and Consolidations

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Financial Reporting and Consolidations team. This hybrid role, based in San Diego, CA, involves managing the financial close and reporting process, consolidating data from multiple entities, and preparing financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. The position requires strong technical accounting skills and analytical abilities.

• Report to Financial Reporting Manager
• Consolidate financial data from multiple entities
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
• Perform technical accounting research and analysis
• Support M&A integration and SOX compliance efforts
• Minimum 3 years of public accounting or public company financial reporting experience
