Lead Financial Accountant

The Lead Financial Accountant will play a key role in supporting the external reporting function, including SEC filings like 10-K and 10-Q, and reports to bank regulators. This position will also be instrumental in implementing a new trade accounting subledger and researching technical accounting matters.

• Support external reporting functions, including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q)
• Lead implementation of new trade accounting subledger
• Prepare and analyze Statement of Cash Flows
• Research technical accounting and reporting matters
• Manage XBRL tagging and compliance with SEC guidelines
• Oversee accounting policies and procedures in conformity with SOX requirements
