Financial Analyst

Jefferson Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial and statistical information to management and external customers. This role involves maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with budget preparation and analysis, and supporting financial systems. The analyst will also contribute to monthly financial statement close and ad hoc projects.

• Prepare financial performance reports for various service lines and business units
• Assist in annual operating budget preparation and monthly actual/budget analysis
• Maintain financial systems, decision support systems, and related financial elements
• Participate in monthly financial statement close and preparation
• Analyze and present financial data concisely for diverse audiences
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
