Financial and Project Controller

Carrier is seeking a Financial and Project Controller for their Swiss entity in Luzern. This role involves managing financial reporting according to US GAAP and local Swiss GAAP, overseeing internal controls, and leading strategic projects like ERP implementation across Europe. The position requires strong accounting expertise, project management skills, and fluency in English and German.

• Manage financial reporting (US GAAP, Swiss GAAP) and internal controls for a Swiss legal entity
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Oversee ERP implementations and other strategic finance projects
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leadership
• Requires 8+ years of financial accounting experience and fluency in English and German
