Accountant Associate

Join Financial Services as an Accountant Associate to perform essential accounting, banking, and customer service functions. You will process a high volume of invoices and reimbursements using advanced financial systems and AI tools, ensuring adherence to policies and providing excellent support to internal departments and external suppliers.

• Process specialized Accounts Payable functions including wire payments and check management
• Utilize OCR and AI technologies for invoice and reimbursement processing
• Manage Accounts Payable shared email box and resolve inquiries
• Prepare financial and operational reports
• Provide customer service to internal departments and external suppliers
• Experience with Workday or similar financial management systems
