Accountant II

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Accountant II to join their IPS Segment Accounting team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This hybrid role supports centralized accounting activities for multiple legal entities, involving journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and cash application. The position offers exposure to the business and opportunities for growth.

• Prepare and post monthly/quarterly journal entries
• Support intercompany accounting and billings
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
• Assist with inventory and cash application activities
• Partner with corporate and local accounting teams
• Support audit requests and continuous improvement initiatives
