Credit Analyst

As a Credit and Collection Analyst at Badger Meter, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, resolving issues that impact payments and order processing. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate account information, contributing to efficient financial operations.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and identify past due accounts
• Resolve complex invoice discrepancies, deductions, and payment issues
• Verify order accuracy against purchase orders
• Confer with clients to resolve financial/credit transactions and disputes
• Set up new customers and verify account information
• 3+ years of related experience preferred
