Financial Analyst - Hotels Support

JLL is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Asset Management team in Manila. This role involves supporting the strategic management and optimization of hotel assets for clients, including financial analysis, reporting, performance monitoring, and investment analysis.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop and maintain financial models and cash flow projections
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy, rental rates, and NOI
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Support due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
