Tax Manager, Tax Accounting Services (ASC 740)

Crowe is seeking a Tax Manager for their Tax Accounting Services team to review income tax provisions under ASC 740, document tax positions, and manage client engagements. This role involves consulting, tax planning, compliance, and research, while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

• Review income tax provisions under ASC 740
• Document tax positions and analyses under FIN 48
• Manage multiple client engagements and projects
• Deliver professional services including consulting and tax planning
• Lead, mentor, and coach interns and staff
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license required
