Accounting Manager

Teledyne Relays is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting department, including general ledger, AP/AR, and reconciliations. This role involves managing month-end close processes, tax filings, and improving internal controls. You will also develop and coach a small team of direct reports.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, GL)
• Manage fixed asset register and depreciation
• Participate in month/quarter/year-end close processes
• File periodic tax returns
• Evaluate, document, and improve internal controls
• Develop and coach a small team
