Financial Analyst

Cambridge Associates is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Shared Services FP&A team in Boston. This role focuses on monthly financial reporting, forecasting, annual budgeting, and ad hoc analysis to provide senior management with strategic insights into expenses. You will partner with various corporate functions and leverage financial modeling and enterprise planning tools.

• Partner with corporate functions on annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Maintain and enhance financial models in enterprise planning tool
• Analyze headcount, vendor spend, and cost trends with variance commentary
• Prepare P&L reviews, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Serve as primary financial point of contact for assigned corporate functions
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting processes
