Tax Analyst

Republic Services is seeking a Tax Analyst to assist with tax compliance, focusing on tax return preparation and calculation of book-tax differences. This role will also support federal, state, city, income, franchise, and excise tax matters, and may be assigned to tax planning and analysis projects. The position is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person attendance in Phoenix, AZ.

• Prepare Federal and State income tax returns
• Calculate consolidated book-tax differences
• Support federal and state audits
• Respond to tax notices
• Assist with tax research, forecasting, and fixed asset accounting
