Senior Accountant

HSS is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee advanced accounting functions and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards. You will play a key role in the monthly close process, account reconciliations, audit support, and internal control compliance within a leading hospital environment.

• Perform and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations
• Maintain and monitor general ledger activity
• Support external and internal audit processes
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards (ASC 958)
