Accounting Controller

The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place is seeking an experienced Accounting Controller to oversee all financial administration for the facility. This role involves managing general accounting, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. The Controller will lead the finance department, analyze financial performance, and collaborate with leadership to achieve fiscal goals.

• Direct financial administration including accounting, payroll, purchasing, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory reporting
• Oversee daily operations of the finance department and lead a team
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Prepare financial reports and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Five or more years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
