Accounting Analyst

WeWork is seeking an Accounting Senior Associate to join our Latam Accounting team in Bogotá. You will play a key role in supporting the month-end close process, reviewing financial statements, and performing variance analysis for entities in Colombia and Peru. This role involves managing external accounting outsourcers and ensuring compliance with local and US GAAP.

• Support Latin America month-end close process
• Review and consolidate financial statements for Colombia and Peru
• Perform detailed P&L and balance sheet variance analysis
• Manage external accounting outsourcers
• Ensure compliance with Local GAAP and US GAAP
• Qualified Accountant with active professional card in Colombia
