Accountant – Trade / Commercial Accounting

As an Accountant for Delta Faucet's Trade business, you will ensure the accuracy of financial results by managing customer rebates and commercial programs. This role involves month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis, acting as a key partner to FP&A, Trade, and Finance leadership. You will gain exposure to commercial activities, identify process improvements, and help shape accounting practices.

• Own accounting for Trade gross-to-net activity, including rebates and incentives
• Manage month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyze financial variances and communicate insights to leadership
• Partner with FP&A and Trade teams on accounting implications of commercial programs
• Apply GAAP, ASC 606, and Masco accounting policies
• Identify and implement process improvements for accounting and reporting
