Manager - Accounting & Controllership

As the Manager of Accounting & Controllership, you will own the end-to-end accounting processes for a global mobility company, including financial analysis and controls. This role involves significant cross-functional collaboration and requires a strong controls mindset to support SOX compliance and ad-hoc corporate initiatives.

• Manage end-to-end global mobility accounting processes
• Execute tax equalization, withholdings, and reimbursements
• Perform financial analysis, variance, and flux analyses
• Maintain internal controls and SOX documentation
• Partner with internal teams on process automation and projects
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of experience
