Building Maintenance and Repair Technician

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a Building Maintenance and Repair Technician for their Fred Anderson Toyota dealership in Charleston, SC. This role is responsible for ensuring the facility is well-maintained and operational, performing hands-on repairs, and coordinating with various teams to uphold service levels.

• Perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership
• Conduct regular inspection tours of buildings, equipment, and systems
• Manage daily tasks and time efficiently
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met
• Assist in special event setup and activities
• Maintain facilities and ensure a productive environment
