Senior Technical Accounting Analyst

AvePoint is seeking a Senior Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting Analyst to assist with SEC filings and conduct technical accounting research. This role requires a strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting, with a focus on high-quality financial reporting and process improvement.

• Assist with preparation of annual and quarterly SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• Complete SEC and GAAP checklists and XBRL tagging
• Research and implement new accounting pronouncements and SEC rules
• Provide technical accounting support and evaluate disclosure impacts
• Address and resolve questions from external auditors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate reporting
