Financial Accountant

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support the Reporting & Analysis Manager in delivering accurate financial reporting. This role involves owning key segment accounts, end-to-end processes, and providing analysis and insights to drive business performance in a fast-paced global environment.

• Deliver month-end close including journals, reconciliations and reporting
• Perform P&L analysis, variance reporting and cost control
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Support SOX compliance, audits and statutory reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support
• Identify and implement process improvements
