Pricing Analyst

Johnson Controls is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their deal desk team. In this role, you will develop pricing recommendations, analyze market data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer responsiveness and improve margin performance. This position requires translating complex data into clear guidance for business leaders.

• Participate in pricing deal desk and provide price guidance
• Develop pricing analysis on ratemaking, cost factors, and margin impact
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams
• Review and improve pricing models for competitiveness and margin expansion
• Track pricing trends, discount patterns, and competitive movements
• Translate complex datasets into concise, actionable insights
