As an Accounting Specialist, Operations, you will identify and resolve outstanding debts owed to the company by advisors and policy owners. You will be responsible for gathering evidence, negotiating repayment plans, and facilitating write-offs, refunds, and rejected fund handling. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to manage multiple tasks.

• Identify and collect on advisor, policy owner, and claim debts
• Negotiate repayment arrangements with debtors
