About this role
Fiserv is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Operational Accounting team in Omaha, NE. This onsite role involves managing the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP. You will analyze transactions, prepare variance reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Analyze transactions and resolve variances
- Review operational processes and identify account risks
- Identify process gaps and support efficiency improvements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
