Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst - Finance Management

Manage and process rent payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease agreements. This role involves tracking payment schedules, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining financial records. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely payments and resolve billing issues.

• Verify, reconcile, and process rent and property invoices
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with landlords and internal teams to address billing issues
• Conduct detailed audits of CAM, insurance, and tax reconciliations
• Prepare and present reports on rent metrics
