Finance Analyst

JLL is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team in Gurugram. This role involves processing accounts payable transactions, initiating payments, and resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams. The analyst will also be responsible for supplier reconciliations and ensuring compliance with RICS & ISAE guidelines.

• Process accounts payable transactions including supplier invoices and credit notes
• Initiate payment processing and regulate duplicate payments
• Communicate with Site managers, Surveyors, Suppliers, and other finance functions
• Carry out Supplier reconciliation
• Ensure 100% compliance to RICS & ISAE guidelines
• Process daily and weekly reports for multiple sites and vendors
