Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in assisting with the accounting and financial reporting for the company. You will prepare SEC and regulatory financial reporting schedules, perform various accounting duties, and ensure compliance with SOX and banking regulations. • Prepare SEC and regulatory financial reporting schedules and analysis
• Perform journal entries, accruals, and transaction analysis
• Ensure compliance with SOX, policies, and banking regulations
• Interface with management, external auditors, and regulatory agencies
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
• CPA license and 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred
