Senior Financial Analyst

Abbott is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Medellín, Colombia. This role serves as the primary financial liaison for the sales team, managing rebate programs, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting financial analysis for forecasting and reporting. The position requires advanced Excel skills and experience with financial applications like SAP.

• Manage rebate implementation, accrual, reporting, and payment processes
• Maintain rebate schedules and ensure accurate monthly accruals
• Verify contractual compliance before releasing rebates
• Support CALA HQ with financial analysis for Annual Plan and LBE forecasts
• Partner with Commercial and Functional teams to analyze P&L performance
• Perform ad hoc requests and drive cross-business analytic projects
