Staff Accountant

Genpt is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform accounting analysis and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP. Responsibilities include maintaining general ledger accounts, preparing data for financial statements and regulatory filings, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations.

• Perform journal entries and month-end close activities
• Participate in account reconciliation research and clearance
• Assist in producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform variance analysis for general ledger accounts
• Drive process improvements
• Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience required
