NASCAR is seeking a Financial Analyst, Pay Services to support payroll accounting, financial reporting, and salary and benefit planning. In this role, you'll partner with Finance, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure accurate financial records, turn data into actionable insights, and improve processes. What we are looking for

Reconcile payroll bank, benefit, liability, and tax accounts
Prepare payroll journal entries and support month-end close
Support salary and benefit budgets and forecasts
Analyze salary and benefit expenses against budgets and forecasts
Perform quarterly 401(k) audits and support annual plan audit
Provide data and documentation for audits and reporting
