About this role

Sompo is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Analyst to join our Cash & Collections team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately applying cash receipts to receivables and resolving any unallocated cash issues. You will collaborate with internal departments and external brokers to ensure timely resolution and support reporting and audit requests.

What we are looking for

Apply cash receipts to receivables accurately and timely
Manage and resolve unallocated cash queries
Reconcile data and troubleshoot variances
Support reporting, audit requests, and bank reconciliations
1+ years of Accounts Receivable and Cash Application experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
