Analyst, Finance and Accounting

Join OMERS, a global real estate investor, as a Finance and Accounting Analyst. You will support financial reporting, full-cycle accounting, and month-end close activities across multiple entities. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

• Support full-cycle accounting, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare trial balance reporting packages and analyze variances
• Assist with tax financial statements, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
