Loan Surveillance Analyst

Berkadia is seeking a Loan Surveillance Analyst to monitor and analyze commercial loan portfolios, identify risks, and assess compliance. This role involves reviewing financial statements, tracking payments, preparing reports for management, and collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and support decision-making in loan management.

• Analyze real estate collateral data and write comprehensive watchlist comments
• Manage workflow for timely preparation and delivery of Watchlists
• Respond to inquiries from investors, rating agencies, and clients
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on pool, loan, and collateral performance
• Lead conference calls and meetings with deal participants
• Evaluate and report on the impact of significant events on pool performance
