Associate Director, Hub Accounting

As Associate Director, Hub Accounting, you will lead and manage accounting systems and processes across a regional hub, ensuring compliance with GAAP policies and efficiency in operations. You will oversee accounting staff, collaborate with country teams and corporate accounting, and play a key role in audits and financial reporting.

• Manage regional accounting systems and core processes
• Oversee and develop Hub accounting staff
• Improve monthly close process and operational efficiency
• Serve as point of contact for audit requests
• Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting requirements
• Provide training and mentoring on accounting systems and processes
