Program Finance Analyst

CACI is seeking a proactive Program Financial Analyst to partner with program managers and cross-functional teams. You will lead financial strategy, compliance, and performance, overseeing budgeting, billing, forecasting, and reporting to ensure contract compliance and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

• Partner with program managers on financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Ensure accurate project setup for cost tracking, revenue recognition, and billing
• Monitor contract budgets, maintain forecasts, and track cost performance
• Prepare financial reports including ETC, EAC, and client-specific reporting
• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
