Manager, Employment Tax

Ryan is expanding its UK Employment Tax team and seeking a commercial, innovative Manager to lead client-facing compliance, advisory, and cost recovery services. This role offers the chance to shape client propositions, work with senior leaders, and play a key part in growing the practice from its formative stages.

• Lead, coach, and develop employment tax consultants
• Manage UK employment tax compliance and advisory engagements
• Handle HMRC enquiries, reviews, and disputes
• Provide UK employment tax input for global mobility
• Contribute to thought leadership and market visibility
• Manage employment tax projects from scoping to completion
