Analyst, Payroll Tax - Global Industrial

Manage and support North American payroll tax operations for approximately 30,000 employees as the Tax SME. This role involves overseeing tax vendors, compliance, GL reconciliation, planning, and reporting, while providing strategic tax insights and guidance to optimize financial performance.

• Manage and support North American payroll tax operations for 30,000+ employees
• Oversee tax TPA vendors, compliance, GL reconciliation, planning, and reporting
• Provide strategic tax insights and guidance
• Act as SME for federal, state, and local tax regulations across all 50 states and Puerto Rico
• Review and ensure Workday payroll tax setup compliance
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks
