Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant on the Resident Capital Team, you will support Erickson Senior Living communities and corporate departments with essential accounting functions. You will be responsible for general ledger entries, account analysis, reconciliations, and reporting, all while maintaining strong accounting controls and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely financial information. This role offers a collaborative environment with exposure to diverse accounting activities and opportunities for professional growth.

• Support monthly close process and reporting deliverables
• Review and post journal entries for accuracy
• Prepare work papers and reconciliations
• Review internal financial statements with variance analysis
• Support cash accounting, wires, receipts, and bank reconciliation
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
