Join RSM's Financial Services practice as a Tax Manager, focusing on complex tax compliance and consulting for asset management clients like private equity and hedge funds. You will leverage top technology and national resources while managing client relationships and advising on a full spectrum of tax services.
What we are looking for
6- Review and analyze complex partnership tax returns for Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Fund of Funds
- Manage client engagements from start to finish and serve as client service coordinator
- Advise clients on tax planning, research, compliance, and M&A activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client needs
- 5+ years of business taxation experience with a Big 4 or large national/regional firm
- CPA, EA, or Attorney license required
