Financial Analyst II

Simmonsbank is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A group in Little Rock, AR. This role involves gathering data, conducting research, and preparing reports to support financial decision-making and profitability. You will develop financial models, provide budgeting and forecasting support, and analyze financial performance to offer actionable recommendations.

• Analyze and interpret financial data and market trends
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Provide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support
• Support C-suite and senior management reporting
• Build and improve FP&A reporting processes using Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc.
• Analyze financial performance and communicate findings with actionable recommendations
