Manager, Inventory Accounting

Kinder's is seeking a Manager, Inventory Accounting to lead inventory and cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and scalability. This role partners with Supply Chain and Operations to provide financial insights into product flow and cost visibility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with strong technical accounting expertise and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Own inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Manage inventory valuation, standard costing, and COGS reporting
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and FP&A
• Design and implement scalable processes and controls
• Lead the inventory month-end close process
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ in inventory/cost accounting
