Financial Analyst I

As a Financial Analyst I, you will be responsible for the accurate calculation and administration of physician compensation, ensuring compliance with employment agreements. This role involves supporting payroll processing, preparing journal entries, analyzing compensation data, and assisting with financial reporting and special projects within the Physician Finance Department. You will play a key part in maintaining precise payroll operations and providing essential financial analysis.

• Calculate and administer physician compensation including base salary, incentives, and stipends
• Ensure compensation compliance with employment contracts
• Prepare compensation journal entries and submit payroll data
• Analyze provider productivity and compensation reports
• Support financial reporting and departmental initiatives
• Bachelor's degree required; 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
