Cars Commerce is seeking a Manager, Financial Accounting to lead month-end close processes, support SEC filings, and drive financial infrastructure modernization. What we are looking for 6
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with US GAAP and SEC rules
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, journal entries, and SEC filings
- Serve as a subject matter expert on evolving GAAP guidance, including SaaS and M&A accounting
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Partner on finance initiatives to modernize financial infrastructure and processes
- Execute and maintain internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with SOX
