Manager, HR Accounting

Manage critical accounting operations for payroll, compensation, and HR financial reporting. This role involves hands-on accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and process improvements. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Global Reporting teams.

• Oversee accounting for payroll, compensation, and HR financial reporting
• Manage month-end close, account analysis, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and internal controls
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, and Global Reporting
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives
• Support global mobility and short-term incentive programs
