Staff Accountant

Kobre & Kim seeks a motivated Staff Accountant to join our global finance team in New York City. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain broad experience in accounting, treasury, audit, partner compensation, and tax functions. You will initially focus on core accounting and audit support, with the potential to grow into more complex responsibilities as you demonstrate strong performance and reliability.

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• Process cash receipts and support treasury operations
• Assist with financial statement audits and regulatory compliance
• Support monthly close processes and financial reporting
• BA/BS in Accounting required, CPA preferred
