Finance Associate (Payroll Accounting)

Agilent is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate with a focus on Payroll Accounting to join their General Accounting & Reporting team in Manesar, India. This role involves supporting financial close activities, performing payroll accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX controls, and collaborating with HR and Business Finance teams.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
• Perform payroll accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and SOX controls
• Conduct financial reviews and analyses of payroll data
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
