Financial Controller - Bermuda

RGA is seeking a Financial Controller in Bermuda to lead legal entity financial reporting, statutory and regulatory submissions, and internal control oversight. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting for RGA's Bermuda operations, partnering with various finance and business teams. You will also support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.

• Lead Bermuda statutory and regulatory reporting for the Monetary Authority
• Oversee financial reporting, close processes, and management/Board reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and manage external audit activities
• Partner with local and global finance, actuarial, risk, and compliance teams
• Support finance transformation and process improvement projects
• 7+ years of post-qualification accounting/reporting experience
