About this role

As an Analyst, Finance Planning & Performance at Mondelēz International, you will manage end-to-end Gross-to-Net (G2N) planning, reporting, and forecasting. You will ensure accurate net revenue calculations, support business decision-making, and act as the key finance contact for the Sales function on accrual matters.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end Gross-to-Net (G2N) planning, reporting, and forecasting
Ensure accurate net revenue calculations and IBP planning alignment
Manage risks and opportunities (R&O) for G2N percentages
Lead month-end closing and accruals for SAP postings
Support additional finance activities including SIP G2N targets and TI Tracker
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, AR, and other teams
