This program is designed for recent graduates to prepare for a final placement within the finance organization.

• Participate in three 8-month rotational assignments within the finance organization
• Develop data modeling, financial reporting, and analysis skills
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Gain exposure to Segment Risk, Investor Relations, FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Tax
• Engage with various departments to understand financial needs and create business cases
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and participate in meetings with senior management
