Staff Accountant (Accounting Manager)

Four Seasons New York is seeking a Staff Accountant to assist the Assistant Director of Finance in managing the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. This role involves supervising key finance functions including payroll, accounts payable, and cashiering, while supporting internal controls and departmental staff development.

• Supervise payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close
• Support internal controls and financial reporting
• Develop Finance Department staff
• 2+ years of accounting management experience
• Hotel industry experience preferred
