Sr Analyst Accounting & Financial Reporting

Empower is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Finance & Accounting team in Bangalore. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing account reconciliations, and supporting regulatory reporting for the consolidated company and its subsidiaries. You will collaborate with various departments and assist management with financial analysis and special projects.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting analyses
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze significant account fluctuations
• Calculate and monitor regulatory capital requirements and prepare filings
• Support annual and interim external audits
• Partner with Corporate Accounting, Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
• Assist Managers, Controller, and CFO with special projects and ad hoc analyses
